I checked in with NFE � design professional for additional sound abatement � again this morning. They advised me the design is not completed. The attached is the most up to date plan for additional sound abatement work at Echo Point. NFE further advised that they are working with the provider of the �wall� to specify the best product for our site and they expect we will not be able to complete the work this year. They have indicated that design will be completed with the intent to put the project out for bid in the best bidding window of January/February 2023 for construction/installation spring 2023.
